Terms of purchase

The service

You choose a story, upload one photo for each participant and receive three AI-generated portrait previews with a watermark. You can then buy any one, two or all three portraits as digital files. We do not print or ship physical products.

A limited number of free portrait sets can be created per visitor per day; the limit resets at 00:00 UTC.

About AI results

Portraits are created by artificial intelligence. Results vary and may not perfectly match the appearance of the people or pets in your photos. You see all three previews before paying, so you decide whether a portrait is worth buying. We do not regenerate a result after you have seen it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment and are confirmed on the payment page. Payment is processed by Stripe. The price you accept is the price of your order, even if our prices change later. You can later buy the remaining portraits of the same set at the upgrade price shown at that time.

Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, the files you bought become available for download from your private link, and we email you the link. You buy the exact files shown in the previews, without the watermark.

Your photos and permissions

You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload and that every adult shown has agreed to it. Photos must follow our photo rules. We may refuse or delete content that breaks these rules.

How you may use the portraits

You may use the purchased files for personal, non-commercial purposes: keep them, print them, share them with friends and family and on your personal social accounts. Reselling the files or using them in advertising requires our written consent.

Refunds are explained in our refund policy.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
